The Hubbell – Killark Fenton facility, erected in 2019, manufactures electrical Lighting, Connectors, Control Stations, and Enclosures for harsh and hazardous environments. Principal products include electrical conduit fittings, panel boxes, and lighting fixtures. Hubbell acquired Killark in 1984 from a private owner Joseph Desloge.

The plant is leased, supplied by city water, and is conditioned via electric/natural gas HVAC units.
